NO SAME DAY RENTALS
The Patriot Act prohibits any same day rentals.  All reservations MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up.

INSURANCE
Rental insurance is underwritten by MBA Insurance.  Although you may insurance covering rental vehicles, you are required to obtain insurance coverage through OUR approved provider.  This insurance is automatically included on all motor home rentals.  Your Deposit also serves as your insurance deductible.

PAYMENT
All fees are payable by cash, certified bank check, personal check, travelers checks, or a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express). Full payment is due on day of departure including balance of rental fee, estimated mileage charge, insurance, etc. Fees and mileage are subject to a State Sales Tax of 8%. Unused mileage is non-refundable.

PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS
Rentals are scheduled on an hourly basis for pick-up. If you fail to be on time for your delivery, you may have to wait if the next appointment has arrived or scheduled to arrive shortly.  Pick-Up's and Drop-Off's will occur between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

FAMILIARIZATION TOUR / DEMO
A tour / demo will be given to all renters to familiarize them with the various operations of the rental unit at time of departure. This will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes. If necessary, a more convenient time can be scheduled. This is the time to ask questions and make absolutely certain you understand how to use what you're renting. This can save you time and money. If you have any questions after you leave the dealership, please do not hesitate to contact the Rental Manager with your questions.

PET POLICY
At Hawley's, we realize that pets are Family Members too.  And we do not discourage your desire to bring them with you.  We do however have to be considerate of those people who suffer from pet allergies.  We also have to be aware of the potential for permanent damage to the RV, should your pet "have a moment".

Although we take extra measures to clean the RV when we know there has been a pet in the RV, we ask that you do your part as well.  This includes covering the furniture with a cover or a sheet, and if you need to leave the pet unattended, we request that you put your pet in a cage or travel kennel while you are unable to supervise the actions of your pet.

The following applies to all rentals and all pets, regardless of their age, training, or behaviors.

1. If you are planning on taking a pet, you must let us know prior to your arrival to pick up the RV.  We have RV's specifically set aside for Pet Owners and it is important that we put you in the right one.

2. There will be a non-refundable $100.00 "per pet" fee, to be paid prior to you taking possession of the RV.

3. Hawley's Camping Centers reserves the right to refuse any or all pets from being in the RV.

4. Felines, rodents, reptiles, and birds are restricted from being in the RV.

5. Any damages arising from the presence of a pet will be deducted from your deposit.

NO SMOKING
Due to the various health implications, smoking is not permitted in any rental units. If there's evidence of smoking in the rental unit upon returning, your full deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION FEES
A minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel your reservation in order to receive a full refund of your deposit . For cancellations 13 days or less, your deposit will transfer into a holding file to use towards a future rental within one year.
